This Return Policy applies to physical Ritual Kits and related goods purchased from Ligamentsradiant via ligamentsradiant.world or through direct contact. Digital Dawn Blueprint materials and completed coaching sessions follow separate terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Sweden Consumers)

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical Ritual Kits within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you—or a third party you designate—receive the goods.

To exercise withdrawal, notify us clearly via the Reach Out page or contact@ligamentsradiant.world before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we receive your notice. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.

3. Return Shipment

You must send back the Ritual Kit without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear direct return shipping costs unless we delivered a defective or incorrect item. 4. Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You may inspect goods as in a shop but not use them beyond what is necessary to establish nature and function. We may reduce reimbursement for diminished value if handling exceeded permitted inspection. Personalized items marked with your name or custom print runs may not be returnable unless faulty.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• Digital blueprint content already delivered with your express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights are lost once delivery begins;
• Coaching services fully performed with your prior express consent to start before the withdrawal period ended.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Swedish consumer law (konsumentköplagen), you have rights if Ritual Kit products are defective or do not match description. Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Return shipping for faulty goods is at our expense when confirmed.

7. Product-Specific Notes

Aurora Starter Kit (349 kr): Standard return rules apply. Journal pages must be unmarked.

Nordic Flow Kit (749 kr): Timer and breath band must be unused; seasonal light guide booklet undamaged.

Västerås Atelier Kit (1 299 kr): Physical components follow standard returns; bundled coaching sessions not yet used may be rescheduled or partially credited at our discretion if kit is returned within withdrawal period.

8. Digital Blueprint and Coaching

Dawn Blueprint documents delivered electronically are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver agreed materials. If you cancel coaching before the first session, contact us within 48 hours of booking for credit toward another service or partial refund where applicable.

9. Studio Pickup Orders

Items collected at our Västerås studio may be returned in person within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 14 days of receiving returned goods or withdrawal notice. Bank processing may add additional business days. You will receive email confirmation from Ligamentsradiant.

11. Exchanges

To exchange a kit for another tier (e.g., Aurora to Nordic Flow), contact us within the withdrawal period. Price differences and shipping adjustments apply.

12. Business Customers

If you purchase for business purposes, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Contractual terms agreed in writing prevail.

13. Disputes
